The forefinger is placed through the gap and lies comfortably in a ridge along the shaft. The unusual curvy design and fun colour appeal to children. It never needs sharpening as the lead is long lasting and requires a further twist of the head as it wears down. Both end of the wishbone have an easy to use eraser.
